“Jim came out to assess the best spot for the antenna. Two days later he was back to install it. He did a great job for a reasonable price. It looks very neat and tidy. We went from 35 channels that didn't come in very well to 95 crisp and clear channels!

We ended up having to go to the Franklin store because they didn’t have what we needed in stock and we were really in need of a new phone same day. We wanted to finish the transaction with this store because they are always the most helpful in my own personal experience. But they were exceptional for my mom since she needs more assistance with technology. They were all gracious and patient. Highly recommend this store.”

“Good selection, generally fair prices, fairly well organized. Bought a few games, and had an issue with one. Called in to the store and the employee that answered was understanding, up front, and gave thorough answers to all my questions. When I returned a couple days later for the return, it was an easy process. Staff was apologetic and handled it quickly and gracefully. Honestly, just overly pleased with the staff in the store. Had an issue that could have been a horrible experience, and everyone I interacted with made sure it was only an unfortunate incident.”

I dealt with a gentleman named Alex A. and he provided the smoothest and most professional transition I have ever experienced with any mobile phone provider. Alex even went above and beyond helping myself get enrolled into the starlink beta and go through all the extra add ons T-Mobile offers making sure I left confident about my switch. “I've never been in a Verizon store before, but im so glad I chose this one. Kevin greeted me as soon as I walked in the door I wanted to get iPhone for my son and his father. Kevin helped me right away and if he had any questions his co- worker Sarah help him and I was able to get out of there fairly quickly.
