“Jim came out last Friday to discuss my antenna needs. Was happy with is ideas and price. Came back today to do the install. Showed up when he said and showed me what antenna he planned on using. Ended up going with a different one and actually used 2 antennas and amplifier to get best reception. Getting 98 channels. We are more than pleased with the results and the price. I would recommend Jim to anyone looking to get an antenna. So glad I didn’t try it myself, never would have thought about putting it in attic. Job well done”

We wanted to finish the transaction with this store because they are always the most helpful in my own personal experience. “Good selection, generally fair prices, fairly well organized. Bought a few games, and had an issue with one. Called in to the store and the employee that answered was understanding, up front, and gave thorough answers to all my questions. When I returned a couple days later for the return, it was an easy process. Staff was apologetic and handled it quickly and gracefully. Honestly, just overly pleased with the staff in the store. Had an issue that could have been a horrible experience, and everyone I interacted with made sure it was only an unfortunate incident.”
“Went to upgrade our phones and watches, and Arnold helped us thru all of it. He was so friendly, easy to work with, and helped us with everything we needed! He had so much patience, answering all of our questions, even while my kids were being monsters!
