“I highly recommend Scott’s! I bought my daughter a used vehicle & it really needed some help! I was so shocked at how nice the inside looked! They got stains out & made it look & smell like new! They detailed the inside & hand washed the outside. The wheels were nasty because of brake dust from old owner & when I picked it up, you would have never known! “Uriel was a great person to have working with us. We weren’t a fan of some of the management team. Not very friendly. However I still give them five stars because Uriel was awesome, patient, and very kind! We bought a 2016 Yukon Denali. One thing that struck us as kind of odd was how filthy all of the cars on the lot were. They said they don’t clean them until there’s a for sure sale happening.”

“I’ve been a regular customer of Jimmy Buff-it for eight years with my pickup truck, having it detailed at least six times inside and out, including after extended camping trips to Alaska and the Rocky Mountains. Each time it has come back looking at least as good as the day I bought it ten years ago. They have done an awesome job, including minor body repairs and paint touch up. I also had them detail my truck camper twice, once in their shop and once on site.Excellent service. Excellent quality work. Excellent attention to detail. “I love to get my car washed and I goTo a lot of the crew car washes with my membership, but this location is my favorite ! Perfect example, my card was compromised at my bank so I had to get a new card and it was a whole mess, in the Interim of that, my monthly subscription was processed and because I forgot to change over my card to the new card it was obviously denied. So I drove up to this location and Aaron (a manager) greeted me happily and even though it was my mistake and he was busy, he told me not to worry he could fix that for me in a flash and he did!! He even made it so that I didn’t get charged until the actual day my card was to be charged to begin with!! He was so nice and upbeat and made me feel like I was the ONLY customer he had, and that my situation was important. I think it’s so easy to put a negative review so we can warn people of certain places but when someone goes out of their way to be an exceptional person…you have to acknowledge that! Thank you Aaron! Also, the girl who led me through katarana (I know I butchered that name I apologize) but she was also very friendly and happy to be there and it just made my day start out with a smile because of their smiles!I gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6!!!!The morning crew is awesome!!!”

“I needed a car wash and Crew car wash was in my neighborhood, so I stopped in the drive thru lane to get my car washed. I had a code from Kroger for a car wash that I purchased , and the staff member was able to redeem my code for a basic plus car wash. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I went through the car wash and then pulled into one of the lanes to get my car vacuumed. The vacuum is very good and powerful enough to clean out your car. The basic plus car wash is excellent and does a fantastic job cleaning your car. The staff is always pleasant and has a smile on their face, which is always great to see at a business. You definitely receive top value for your money and your car is cleaned to perfection. I have always been impressed with Crew Car wash and how magnificent the quality of the car wash is. This will be my number one spot for a car wash going forward, because I know I will get what I paid for, along with excellent customer service!”

“I usually take my car to Sparkling Image or Ziebart for an annual detail, but I stopped in at El Camino on a Thursday afternoon around lunchtime to see if they could get my vehicle in for an interior cleaning/express detail. They were able to get my car in right away. It took about an hour to clean my 3-row SUV. They were thorough and did an excellent job! I will never go back to Sparkling Image or Ziebart for my car cleaning needs, and look forward to coming back to El Camino.Note: I did not get a full detail, just an express. They estimated about 3 hours for a full detail and I was tight on time, but the express was fantastic for what my vehicle needed.”

David, the night manager came out to me and let me know that if there was a tornado, they had an underground storage unit and invited me to join them if I needed to.
