I love the fact that the attendant that is at the front desk she stayed busy cleaning, and making sure the place stayed clean the whole time we was there.I have been a housekeeper for at the University of Notre Dame for 18 years, being here today washing clothes it made me feel like I had to stop the lady that was working and let her know how much I appreciated how much she kept the building clean.Please forgive for not asking her name ma’am please forgive me.My son even told me mom you got that look in your eye. “There are lots of washers and dryers and you don't have to wait at all. I was there maybe an hour and it was very clean and never once did it smell like mildew. So I'm going to go to laundry and tan for now on.”

“Been using jump for a couple months now for their pickup/drop off wash and fold service and haven’t been disappointed yet. Ran into a hiccup with our clothes not picked up on time
and then forgetting to wash them but the delivery guy called us. Let us know asap and still got our clothes delivered the day we requested. Our clothes always smell fresh and clean! I’m pregnant and am very busy so I’m being grateful for their service and coming all the way down to the Fountain Square area!”
“Always a clean place, employee's there are always helpful. Depending on the time of day it cN be packed or pretty empty.
Tables to sit at, and TV up head. Close to Krogers for your Sheets and liquids, and even a McDonald's near by to eat while you wait.”
“This was my first experience getting my Grand Jeep Cherokee detailed. He did an amazing job! It’s as clean as the day I bought it. All items that he found from hair ties, to chap stick, etc. he placed in small baggies and put them in the front seat. I will definitely be back in November to have the exterior detailed before the winter. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s nice that they’re local.”
“My previous reviews, although true, we're a bit harsh. I I have since noticed an improvement in this location, which coincidentally coincides with Paige taking over management. She also provides excellent customer service in ways that previous employees could never match. As a small business owner I have to give credit where it is due, I so great job Paige, keep up the good work!”

“I dropped my laundry off and they washed it and folded it very nicely. The staff is always very friendly with me I haven't had any issues there. I would recommend if you live on the west side or you need laundry done and passing through.”
“I had previously gone to zips for dry cleaning and felt like my items were not cared for and I actually wasn’t entirely sure they had been cleaned so I switched to perfect touch and I’m thrilled with the service and quality. My comforter looks great and smells clean. The service was friendly and fast. Worth the extra cost for sure.”
“Washer crapped out on me 350 for the part plus 150 for installation on a 5-year-old washer forget it. So as of right now I have no washing machine check this place out dreading to go there. Clean, double load washers plenty of room to wash and fold. Change machine on site, supplies sold there partially staffed threw clothes in the washing machine came back an hour and a half later place was empty. If you got to go to the laundromat you can do a lot worse than this place. Two thumbs up.”

“EDIT: owner fixed the quater eating problem in like 5 minsOnly laundromat I go to, always clean. They have 3 '8 load' washers. Fast wifi, lil kid area, and restrooms. I've had the dryers eat quarters before and not work though. Over all definitely worth the drive. Owner also comes in regularly and has the cutest lil dog, always makes my day”
“I almost refuse to use any other laundromat. There's plenty of washers and dryers. More importantly the dryers actually work. Every staff member I've encountered are wonderful.”

“The parking lot needs some work and the building sign is missing. Inside, it’s extremely clean and the machines are new with modern technology. The discrepancy, there are NO instructions on how to operate the machine. Make sure to open by pushing the handle down and placing your laundry inside before you pay and make the transition. After calling the helpline, they help me with the issue. Therefore they earn the star rating. A suggestion is to have a sign on how to operate the machine and buy a sign to your business. Overall, good job.”

“The customer service is impeccable when I first came in it was my first visit and I was greeted at the door by corey who opened the door for me with a friendly hello, and I let her know that it was my first time there and the she walked me through where I would get my laundry card and the different types of washing machine and dryer sizes. “Great facility very busy, Sunday morning, even then I did not have to wait more than 5 min for a machine. Everyone was very tolerant especially given it was clear I had no idea what I was doing. The guy running in place was quite helpful, answered all my questions.”
“The washers are slightly expensive. The cheapest one is $5.75 the most expensive is $7.75. the dryers will even it out though by dying your load fast end efficiently making it cheap. No flash or glam here just laundry and tables to fold, some carts and a human to watch over the place. So you are in and out minding your business. The Owner is very friendly!”

All in all I'd give it 8 out of 10 ⭐ it's clean, has working fans when hot, machines clean and dry clothes with the utmost care meaning: The washers run Great ?? The dryers run as hot as you'd like and the cost...... You can't beat it!
