“I would like to personally thank KRISTA for all the help that I was given today. I've been very frustrated. But, by the end of my phone call, all of my frustration was erased and I'm just so happy right now!!! I recommend any and everyone to check out Aaron's. Their prices are reasonable and they will work with you if you run into any personal snags. The employees are awesome and super patient. Lol, they have to be when it comes to me when I get a bit upset. I just appreciate all that has been done for me. I've actually paid off 2 laptops in a 1 1/2 years, and have a gaming laptop and a 70inch flat screen I'm still paying on. This should show you just how great Aaron's is. “I've never been in a Verizon store before, but im so glad I chose this one. Kevin greeted me as soon as I walked in the door I wanted to get iPhone for my son and his father. Kevin helped me right away and if he had any questions his co- worker Sarah help him and I was able to get out of there fairly quickly.

“Jim came out to assess the best spot for the antenna. Two days later he was back to install it. He did a great job for a reasonable price. It looks very neat and tidy. We went from 35 channels that didn't come in very well to 95 crisp and clear channels!

“Went there this morning with a phone issue. Julie (Jules) greeted me right away. I explained, she assured me that she knew what to do about it. I gave her my phone and she began immediately. Three minutes later everything was all fixed. Julie was professional, respectful, friendly, and very helpful the entire time. She made it clear that if I needed more assistance in the future to come back in because she would be very happy to help further. She was terrific and I wish all customer service reps from all businesses were like her.”

“AV Designers are awesome to work with. They are very clean and take the thought process out of it for you. They designed, installed and tested our entire audio, video and wi-fi services and made sure all was perfect. We have always had great interactions with any techs that come out and love that they answer any day of the week and talk to you in person when they get back to you promptly no matter the time of day. I would recommend them to anyone interested in this type of service.”

“I've purchased my 65" and 50" with swivel mounts and 2 blue tooth surround sounds personally. I bought a 50" and swivel mount as a gift for my grandmother. when my Dad found out how great the prices were he immediately had me run with him for an Identical 50" and swivel mount I installed in there bedroom. great prices on awesome products. No reason in the world to spend double and triple the price when a 15 month warranty is offered with extended warranties available as well. Love the place would recommend them to anyone and advise people to do the same.”
