Neighbors are very friendly and willing to help. It is considered a pretty nice place and one of the best places to live in Indianapolis.
Apartment move-in went well, unit was clean and functional, great location next to the BMV, Kroger, and various stores and restaurants in Speedway.

The office staff is lacking care and concern for the residents. Maintenance staff need to show more attention to the amount of trash on the grounds. Security lights on all the buildings need repair.

The Hermitage is a pretty nice place to live! I like these apartments. I've had no issues. The staff is friendly, great location and the maintenance team is awesome.
