“I am writing this review as a prospective tenant with an approved lease, and I am genuinely excited to be joining the neighborhood. The area is very peaceful, and the customer service throughout the application process has been welcoming and professional.
Although I have not yet seen the specific room in person, my interactions with the management and the overall feel of the community gave me the confidence to move forward. I currently live not far from this location, and my experience in the surrounding area has been very positive, which is why I did not want to move far away.

One of the property manager, HC, handled my application process professionally and communicated clearly every step of the way, which made the experience smooth and reassuring. Based on my pre-move-in experience, I feel confident that my transition will be smooth.

I have toured many apartments in the immediate vicinity, and the overall vibe of the community and management here stands out, nowhere close to what I experienced elsewhere.

Once I move in, I plan to update my review with my living experience, whether positive or negative. For now, this review reflects a very satisfying pre-move-in experience.”

“I’ve lived here for a year now, since August of last year and have loved it for the most part. It’s not perfect but no place is. Maggie in the leasing office is one of the best leasing ladies, gives it to me truthfully but is very kind.

For those moving in,
Ensure you meet requirements before applying, maybe call the office before you apply. The apartments are close to the wilderness so expect critters you wouldn’t find in more urban areas. Wi-Fi and service is the biggest issue. The area (or at least mine) has zero service so try to get Wi-Fi ASAP. Also the power is kind of vulnerable to extreme weather (once/twice a year).

Again Maggie in leasing is awesome. Speak with her when possible.

EDIT: there is a pickup driver I believe who revs his engine and drives very fast through the neighborhood roads, been happening forever.”

“I am an international student who just moved out. I lived here 2 years. Property is close to camps, staff is friendly and maintenance was good. I recommend for international as very easy to get to school and the area has lot to offer.”

“These apartments are under new management! Bianca, the leasing agent, is friendly and quick to provide all the necessary information. I was in a bit of a bind and needed to find a place to live in less than a week. In just a few days, my new apartment was located and the pricing here is the best that I’ve been able to find. “I have lived at Line Lofts for 4 years, and 9 and one half months. My unit is 934 sq ft. Open concept, 2 nice size bedrooms with generous closets, a large bathroom with generous storage spaces. When you walk in there is a nice coat and storage closet. The kitchen has a (approx) 8ft 10in x 3ft 6in island with bottom storage, a built n pantry with upper and lower storage cabinets on both sides and over oven. A nice laundry area with storage and modern large capacity washer and dryer. Plenty of outlets all around.I always feel safe and I have just the best neighbors.
You can easily check market price of similar apartments and easily see rent at Line Lofts is significantly lower by a lot.
Most important to me..I think it is fair to say you can have a really nice roomy apartment and still live in a dump. Thanks to Matt and Cale Line Lofts Apartments is no dump and far from it.
It is obvious that they actually take their jobs seriously, they both have a clear and extensive understanding of their jobs and are prepared and follow through. They both have the ability to assess and initiate action independently follow through with quality work and positive end results.
I cannot imagine the challenges they have with the many moods and personalities that they do encounter every day I know we as residents sometimes behave in ways that that don't deserve respect but somehow Matt and Cale always manage to treat us with respect and decently. I know that alone is a deciding factor when tenants are assessing if they will stay or leave the place they live. In my experience its rare to find apartment staff that have these qualities. Employees with personal high standards and qualities with the strong ability to listen consider and treat people very decently.. any responsible apartment owner or management company understands these your employees that can make or break your business. I am very grateful.”

“I recently moved out of the apartment with such a smooth experience because of the job change.

This apartment rental experience is undoubtedly one of the best I’ve ever had. The well-maintained apartment boasts great interior design and stainless appliances. It also features a small gym and terrace on the second floor. This is an excellent choice for those seeking a comfortable apartment without the need for additional amenities like a gym, pool, or lounge, which are all included at no extra cost.

The apartment is conveniently located in a vibrant area with a police station just a few feet away. There are also numerous great restaurants and bars in the nearby Fountain Square.

The most important aspect of this apartment is the exceptional staff. As a family-owned business, they prioritize their reputation and provide excellent service. Every maintenance issue is promptly addressed, and the maintenance team is incredibly efficient and thorough. I had issues with my curtains and dishwasher, and they were all fixed quickly and effectively. The property manager, Megan, is also incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any concerns.

The only minor drawback is that there’s a Hi-Fi live music event happening nearby during the weekends, but it doesn’t last too late into the night, so it’s not a problem for me.”

Any guest staying longer than a two week period is considered a tenant and need to ask for permission or apply to be added to the leas.

“I’ve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run apartment in a great location. The historic building has modern interiors, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. It’s in a prime spot—walking distance to Mass Ave and downtown, but still quiet and private.

The staff here really makes the difference. Victoria (heads up leasing in the office) has been outstanding—she is professional, reliable, thoughtful, and always on top of things. She made the move-in process stress free and simple, and she continues to be a reliable point of contact and a very helpful, steady presence for residents.

The building and maintenance team are just as impressive—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go way above and beyond for the residents. Both Nate and Sam have each gone far beyond a routine maintenance visit to help me at various times. They care about the community and the residents. In my experience, it’s been a great well-managed place to live.”

It was over a year before my most recent maintenance request was addressed, but they took care of it. Maintenance “guy” is great. Nice dude. Does what property management allows him to.
