“Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department. I tried to install them as I've done on previous vehicles I've owned but at 77 years old no longer have the hand strength I once had. My son will install them for me.

Nick was able to get us much more money but what was most impressive was how nice and knowledgeable Nick is. He walked me through the next steps and made sure I was not getting taken advantage of.
