βI don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. I go in to browse all the time and I've never had a bad experience. Great music, great product, and the employees especially make it a fun environment. They're not afraid to talk and laugh with each other and customers, and they truly make you feel comfortable and welcome. They always upsell product really well, causing me to spend more money, but that just means they're good at what they do. I usually prefer to shop online at most places, but I always go in store to see these guys. If you're ever in the area and need a little fun, be sure to stop by.β
βHave not been into the storefront, but encountered them at a holiday pop up in downtown Indy. I'll just say that their section of men's thrifted clothing was incredible. Top brands, good quality, and pretty decent prices. I ended up with a Patagonia pullover for $45...normally $90 or so. Glad to know this place exists and can't wait to visit the storefront soon.β

βThis place has clothes for everyone, including newborns. I came here to find a specific pair of jeans for my curves and was able to find them. The staff was so helpful, very tentative to your needs. They make sure you will find everything okay, and I notice that they did this with everyone who came through the door. Great customer service, which you do not find often anymore!β
βThis was by far the friendliest visit I have ever experienced at a Kohlβs store. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted. When needing to try things on, an associate was very helpful. When paying at the register, the associate was super friendly as she waited on my mother then myself even offering a coupon. I would definitely return to this Kohlβs location.β
βPurchased a few of my favorite pieces of jewelry to this day and a pair of Good American jeans here- unfortunately the jeans ripped down the seam after only being worn twice so I reached to to Good Neighbor and they made it right :) Excellent customer service, quality items and brands I love. βI took my granddaughter to the Buckle to look for some jeans. Caleb was the most helpful person ever! He knew the store and pulled out the flare jeans in her size for us. He even brought her some boots to look at. Places are low on customer service these days, but not The Buckle! Caleb is a professional!β

βThe new Gucci store is finally open. Its a beautifully appointed, large shop. It was pretty busy and there were lots of salespeople working. If you like Gucci this is the place for you. One side is for mens items, the other woman's with a central display. So many choices everyone can find something they must have!β

βHere lately this location has had amazing deals on a lot of items in their store. Their jeans are buy one get one free, their T-shirts are buy one get two free, and a lot of their hoodies are 40-60% off.They have many different styles of jeans like skinny, slim, athletic, ect.I also went on Black Friday and everything in the store was half off.The few time's Ive been there this year the employees have always been very helpful and polite. Will shop here again.β
βLove the new self check out! Usually the line takes forever and I feel bad for the employees having to call their manager for questions about products or what not. I love now when you type your number in the self check out it shows you all the possible deals or Kohls cash you can use so I donβt have to fumble around with my phone and connecting to the WiFi anymore.β

βI never used to shop at OldNavy before but when I heard they had started stocking true plus sizes, I had to go see for myself. What I realized is that for plus sizes you have to shop online to find stuff. However, I have found loads of plus size items on the clearance racks in store both in Avon and Plainfield. I will say some of the sizes are way bigger than typical so you're always guessing whether you need to size up, size down or buy true to size. I've bought my size, larger and smaller with varying results. The staff in store have always been nice and friendly and will always let you know if you have credits to use.β
βThe customer service was great. Ryan and Dennis were very respectful, courteous and helpful when I just wanted to browse and when I had questions. Dennis amazed me when he was talking and spoke about my previous purchases. Remembering me and what I bought.β
