“Ran into an issue with my tire leaking from the stem. They were honest and told me to just replace the stem. It was also fast as I was in and out in under an hour. Not a huge deal but one issue was tire was not refilled to correct amount and had to fill tire afterwards.”

The only thing written on the note was the price. Come on guys! I waited for that quote. You could have put a little more effort into that especially since it's a new service.”

As a college student with very little knowledge of cars, I appreciated the help in sorting out the situation. They were also able to diagnose other problems that were missed in a previous inspection by a different shop. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new mechanic.”

The night before my birthday, I walked out of work in the dark after all my coworkers had left and my car simply wouldn’t start. We’d never used Mears before, but had heard great things about them, so I asked for it to be towed there and hoped for the best.
They figured out the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and despite hitting some bumps along the way, they stuck to that quote, all the while making sure my car was completely taken care of.
I know for a fact we’ll be back in the future and we can’t recommend them enough! We’ve been searching for a trustworthy, competent and reasonable mechanic shop since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Now we’ve found that and more!”
“Had an appt for them to check out my brakes and suspension and within an hour of their having opened (I'd done overnight drop off), they'd called and advised what was necessary versus what could be postponed along with a really good recommendation of how long each of those things could wait. I got a quote for the things they were going to do that was extremely reasonable, and when I came in to pick up the car and pay only a few hours later, it was actually over $100 (maybe closer to $200) less than even the quoted amount, so to say I'm happy with them is an understatement. On top of that, the service advisor was super friendly. I'd been nervous to take my car in bc I'd never gone to them before but also haven't really gone anywhere in Indianapolis for significant repairs since moving here, but am wicked glad I went to Ty's.”

“GUYS! Last year I used spiffy for a detail and an oil change. This year they have changed names to Tom Wood Express. I was leery that the change would = less happy with the finished product. I could not have been more wrong!!!! Tyler showed up on time, worked diligently, and blew me away with the results! He got all the grease and grime, dust, dirt, and dog hair and my car looks brand new! I have had two other professional details at places where I had to go, wait in line, and get a ride home and back. These guys are BETTER and MORE convenient! Have it done at your work! I got $40 because I scheduled before July 31! I left notes on the order and he knew it all when he got here. He spent time to make sure each mark was removed and even got in his van to get a different product when the first wasn't doing it. It was 90 degrees today and he worked like it was a cool spring day. He never complained and kept at it! These guys will be my forever! Never leave, Tom Wood Express! You have made a believer! and KEPT her!”
