Hours: pOpshelf is a very clean, organized, and well-kept store that offers a wide range of good things for everyday life. Customers describe it as a combination of Home Goods and Five Below, with a huge selection including fall and Halloween decor, arts and crafts, office supplies, skin care products, and hard-to-find candy. The store has a lot of variety and smells amazing. Pricing is seen as great with astonishing deals and awesome finds, though some items are viewed as overpriced and others as cheap. However, the shopping experience receives mixed feedback. While some found the ladies there lovely and service pleasant, others reported significant issues. These include a manager being very rude to employees in front of customers, crew members talking down on other shifts loudly, and a manager eyeing customers as if they were stealing while hindering the door. The store also uses self-checkout, which some customers do not like. As a result, some would definitely be back while others would not go again.
