“CONS-
When we were leaving one of the employees(manager I’m assuming) was eyeing my brothers and I down as if we were stealing when were trying to leave the door & she was also kinda hindering and blocking it. We initially were looking at the pencils prior but we didn’t end up getting any & my little brother had purchased only one.
Also overheard the crew from the p.m. shift talking down on the a.m. shift very loudly that every other customer in the store could hear. Which is not appropriate & the manager was as well involved.
The Manager(I’m assuming)was being very rude to one of the employees, talking very loudly to him as if he was dumb about an item for a customer, which is definitely not OK and it seems like it is not a good work environment.
PROS-
Store is clean and well kept. Definitely a lot of variety but on some aspects overpriced & also cheap for certain things. 50/50
Definitely recommend for the arts and crafts, everything else not so much.

SAM was so nice, our order wasn't ready and my fault!, but she helped us find my kids buzz lightyear and was so helpful and sweet! Bc of her kindness and manners I will be telling all my friend and family to go this one and not the other ones. Give her a raise!!! She really brightened our day :)”

“This store is always a fun store to shop in from the T-shirts, games, books, candy just everything at a low price and definitely a kids favorite place to shop. Everyone is always so nice and it is always clean.”

“It is a good enough place, holiday had the place a horrible mess though, but for it being such chaos the workers were doing the best they could and still were friendly. Other than the mess of customers destruction it is a good place.”

“I love this place, there is always something new everytime I visit. I prefer the store in Avon, it's much better. Staff here has always been friendly and helpful. Shelves are always stocked for the most part. Great prices overall and great selection, some stuff is alittle high for what it is. They have small 5 dollar items on up to higher dollar items. The store is clean and organized for the most part, could be better. Alot of times they are stocking during prime shopping times and there can be boxes etc in the isle ways etc. Shelves could be a bit more organized. Isles are very small and the store is alittle congested. A nice place to shop overall. However, I'd say refrain from ordering pick up bcus it takes forever for it to be fulfilled. By the time it's ready, you could've went to the store and just got it yourself. The self checkout lanes are never open, not sure why they even have them.”

“Went in there looking for Five nights of Freddy T-shirts 2 different times for my Daughter and both times a young lady (I want to say her name was Danielle?? - she will know who she is) went "Way" out of her way to help me.Even though I did not find what I was looking for, it was so nice to find that there was still young people out there that cared about their jobs and people and are willing to go the extra mile.I wanted you to know that I noticed. “Be discerning when shopping here. While A Few things Are a Great deal...most Are Not! Avoid the Electronics and the Clothing! Alot of the Beauty and Health aids can be Found Cheaper on Average at other places. The Toys and Decor Items Seem to be a Good Buy! Don't be Thrown By the $5 Price! It's not always worth a $1 and they are banking on your NOT Returning the Item to Make it Work. Just Go in Your Noggin On!!”
