“Pen and Pink is one of the coolest finds from the Indy’s Indie Book Crawl. A small store packed with an impressive amount of unique finds. The lady running the store was kind, energetic, and super helpful. I bought my first blind date with a book and can’t wait to read it!”
“Midland Arts & Antiques is a HUGE antique mall — definitely plan to spend some time browsing because there is so much to see. The building itself has a really cool industrial vibe, and the variety of booths and vintage pieces was impressive. We kept finding interesting items around every corner.
Parking was easy, and the entrance is clearly marked once you know where to go. The layout inside is spacious with wide walkways in most areas.
Accessibility note: I personally did not see obvious wheelchair or elevator accommodations during our visit. However, staff were moving large carts between levels, and there is a service-style lift at the storefront that appears to be used for moving items. If accessibility is important for your visit, it may be worth calling ahead to confirm current options.
Overall, this is a fun place to explore if you enjoy antiques, vintage décor, and unique finds. Definitely worth stopping in if you're in the Indianapolis area.”
“This second-hand toy store is a total nostalgia hit! I was over the moon to find the exact toy I loved as a kid here—and to my surprise, it still works perfectly, just like I remembered. I can’t thank the store enough for bringing back such sweet childhood memories. If you’re after a blast from the past, this place is a must-visit!”
“This store is SO CUTE. Such an surprising mix of treasures. The things that surprised me most were the hats/facinators and also the ethnic apparel- especally Indian (i am not very well familiar so forgive me). So sooo fun to spend hours just looking at each hanger one by one.”

“This goodwill was so clean and organized, I wasn't scared to pick up certain items. I know this is a ritzyer part of town compared to where I live and the Goodwill's that are in my area, but they didn't have opened used hygiene products (which they are not supposed to sell) none of their kitchen appliances had mold or food or mystery stuff in them they were all clean. And I found some great items. I find good stuff around my typical ones too but they have items that are in my opinion a serious health concern to even have in the store and they tend to be so packed full of bs items that you know no one is going to buy and that should have never been put out for sale let alone not put straight into the trash.”

“Just wanted to share my experience at Simply Chic today. What an amazing team! Simply Chic should be so proud of their honest, hard-working employees. While taking 3 totes of clothes & wallets today, I inadvertently left cash in one of the wallets. When I arrived at the store for pick-up, Michelle handed me the money she found inside. Every single dollar, the entire amount! Then, after arriving home, Michelle found a personal message notecard and gift card also tucked inside the same wallet and personally called me to let me know! The honesty and professionalism Michelle exhibited today is beyond belief. What a wonderful, honest person Michelle is. Simply Chic should be honored and proud to have Michelle on their team. “I stopped by Goodwill Store one afternoon just to browse, not really expecting much. After digging through a few racks, I actually found a couple cool items for cheap. That’s kind of the fun of it—you never know what you’ll come across. It’s simple, a little messy, but perfect if you enjoy the thrill of thrift hunting.”
“This particular location usually has some pretty good finds. I scored a brand new pair of NB shoes & the crew is normally as helpful as business will allow. The shoes in the attached pic are around 5-6 weeks old at this point & slightly damp from rain.”
“Whitestown location.Nice product, great staff.My question is, why do prices keep going up?They have taken all incentive discounts away and replaced them with "coupons" that are no value like what there was prior.At some point people will stop coming as prices for used products are becoming unreasonable.”

“I had a pretty good experience at this Goodwill overall. They had a great selection of clothing, which is always a big plus when you’re browsing for deals or unique finds. I also noticed a large variety of kids’ books, which is awesome for families, along with a smaller section for movies and music.
One thing I really like about this location is that they almost always have some kind of cabinetry or furniture available in the back. It’s nice to be able to check for those bigger items since you never know what you might find.
The prices seem to reflect how costs have been going up lately, but they’re still reasonable for what you’re getting. Overall, a solid spot to thrift and worth checking out.”
“It was a fun experience searching through the bins for treasures. $1.99 per pound for items. There are so many bins to dig through and they rotate the old bins with new ones every so often.”
