“I like Peoples State Bank. They're locally owned and it's free checking. I know that 99% of banks charge a late fee if you overdraw, but it's your money. If it was deliberate, then yes you should pay, but if you miscalculate by just a few cents then I don't think you should have to pay an overdraft fee. Overall, Peoples is a good bank”
“I was shocked to see any negative reviews! I switched from a HUGE credit union that so impersonal. Anytime I have had any type of problem they have been so helpful. I am a little disappointed that they closed the Bloomfield branch, but I certainly understand it.”
