They, along with state farm, handled everything. All I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when they said. They have me an amount of time it will take and my car was ready on the date that they said. Now granted I had to wait for a while to get in to get the work done but that was not an issue due to my car still being able to be driven. If I ever need work done again, this is where I will go! “We have had bad luck with windshield damage the last month, and have had to take multiple cars there. Each time the customer service was great, the quality of work was high, timeliness was quick, and drop off/pick up was convenient. The last time in particular though, safelite went above and beyond. We were having troubles with our insurance company and instead of holding our car, safelite offered to give us our car until we figured out what was going on but also offered to help solve the situation, in which they did. Our insurance company was trying to charge us almost $400 and safelite was able to do the repair for $100. I’ll continue to take our cars there in the future.”

“We are from Vermont and were hunting in Terra Haute, the check engine light came on in our truck and it was going to go into Derate, we stopped by and told them our situation, they got us in the next day to diagnose the truck, they then overnighted the part and got us in the next morning and replaced the part, we were out of there by Noon, there were 4 of us that all needed to get back to Vermont for work and they made that possible even knowing they were not gaining a customer as we live over 1,000 miles away!! They offered to bring us wherever we needed to go, we even got to know some of the sales staff and they were also very nice to deal with! A special thanks to the service advisor Stephen (hope I spelled that correctly) as he went above and beyond to accommodate us, we would surely recommend anyone to go here as they are the real deal!!”
