“I brought the trailer in due to an electrical lighting issue where the side marker lights and tail/running lights were inoperative. The brake lights and four-way flashers would function when applied, but the running lights would not stay on. When driving at night, the trailer was in a complete blackout condition unless the brakes or four-ways were being used, making it unsafe to operate.
The technician performed a full diagnostic and quickly traced the issue to a short at the rear of the trailer on one of the clearance lights, which was repeatedly tripping the circuit. The problem was properly repaired, and all lighting functions were restored to normal. The full diagnosis and repair took approximately 2½ hours.
The technician was professional, efficient, and thorough, taking the time to locate and fix the root cause rather than applying a temporary solution. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing trailer electrical diagnostics or repairs.”
“I have used Mattingly Collision Center many times. Small paint touch-ups to Major repair due to people who don't pay attention... They do great work and their attention to detail is fantastic. This time I had them clear the drain lines on my Mustang. Rain was coming down the windshield and going into my floorboard. I asked them if it was something they could take care of and as usual, they quickly got my car in and fix the problem. The prices are always very reasonable, but when they told me the price was only $50 I couldn't believe it. Thank you again for another job well done.”
