“I love this place! I came into town to visit my nephew and needed a rental car to make a road trip. My nephew told us that Toyota rents vehicles and we were so excited when we called and actually spoke to a human immediately. No long wait times on the phone. No having to go through an app. I deal with Avis, budget, and Hertz every month and have had nightmare experiences with them. Toyota could not have made this transaction anymore easy. We were so happy with the customer service and picking up and dropping off the vehicle was so easy. This is truly the way to go!! Great job Toyota of terre haute. The next time we are in town, I will not hesitate to rent another vehicle from you. That RAV4 rocks and I think it will be our next car when we go to purchase. “As the only ambulance service in town, I'm sure they deal with some timing availability issues.They seem very caring and concerned for the safety and health of their "clients", first and foremost. It probably doesn't seem like that way sometimes if you are the one waiting for the service. I say this because another reviewer @mortm has a scathing and mostly untrue review on their medical abilities, employee time management, and other areas he cannot possibly have knowledge of or the expertise to just guess.There is some confusing information about them online. I believe it comes from past history (they were yellow cab services, at one time) - so they will appear in search for other types of service, along with emergency ambulance services. ?I worked closely, with "Chris" there at Trans-Care. I found him to be knowledgeable, helpful and just plain ol' friendly.”
