In one case, he resourcefully fashioned a part to fix a nearly 50-year-old bike, also cleaning it and replacing rotted tires so it rides like new. Walked in with no appointment and a badly blown tire from my race bike. The owner dropped everything he was doing and fixed me on the spot, while I waited. Excellent service!

I'm updating my review because jim has been giving great service to me lately and he is rather quick. I guess my beef is more with Giant bicycle than his shop. Jim has been a life savior these few years.
