“I had some logistical problems with getting my new phone to launch, and my customer service representatives at the store today went above and beyond to help. Aaliyah and the other woman who assisted me both deserve a raise! Thank you again for helping me to get the new phone configured in the timeliest manner possible. Customer service here seems to have markedly improved. Though I bought the new phone at Best Buy, they were more than happy to help me in getting my information and data transferred over from the previous one, and in getting a new phone number. Great job!”
“Monique and the fella that was there also working today are amazing!! She overheard from the back our situation and what we used to do in the past. She mentioned things changed, and things that happened were not allowed.
Anyway, my son bought a new phone, needed a new Sim card. Since my son nor myself was an authorized user on the account, she was able to add us both using FaceTime with my husband. Long story short, they went above & beyond for us. We greatly appreciate your time with us!!

“Good place to get quality household items. We have gotten several items from there and have never had a problem. The staff is nice and always helpful with any questions we may have. “My dryer went out yesterday and I called Central TV. I purchased one and it was delivered the same day.? The delivery guys went above and behond..see my washer had to come out so the dryer could go in first and they hooked everything back up for us .. they even took old dryer great company highly recommend!!”

“All in all, was was a good experience. Only issue I have is that the product wasn’t really explained and both the in store representative and then the delivery driver and his helper really knew nothing about the product and was unable to answer my questions. I would recommend learning about the products you have before putting them on the floor for sale/rent”
