“Just went in the Mall and the same guy that I have seen for 7 years came up and asked what we needed. Then he asked about how our day. My daughter had just lost her oldest brother and I lost a Son. The owner offered to give 20$ for my daughter and my little girl wanted something and he told her you can just have it. I told her go around and give him a hug .Most the time I buy my cell phone cases here, now it will always be here.He gave words of encouragement and told my daughter that one day she will get to see him again. That he was in a better place!When you are in the Mall buy something off him please.”

“We recently bought an upgrade cell phone in Evansville, IN, for our sister-in-law who lives in Terre Haute. She was not with AT&T and wanted to keep her same number. “Every time I go to Sam's club it is always a pleasant experience. The employees are helpful and friendly they stop doing what they are doing to help you find something. If you are able to go on Saturday you will have tried samples of things for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between before you leave. Unlike regular grocery stores they never run out of what I am looking for...Keep up the good work Sams Club!!”

“After visiting the other T-Mobile store and being told lie after Lie trying to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the 14 pro max And being treated very bad by a very rude young women I left and came to this one where the guy made sure I walked away with the phone I wanted and guess what not one lie or reason why I couldn't upgrade ! These guys are always awesome and very helpful they should get raises 5 ⭐️ services for sure !!! Oh and this store got my over $400 in cash for the upgrade the other one should be embarrassed that they let money walk out the door lbvs ?”

“First off, I want to mention that not ALL Verizon locations are ACTUAL Verizon stores. Some are just licensed with Verizon. I went to the south store bc the north store is only licensed, NOT an actual Verizon store...Now, the staff at this store were super awesome. Julie was the specialist that helped me and she was super knowledgeable and helpful. I will yell you this, if you are wanting a new account, they do not accept the temporary paper copy for your driver's license lol. I had to jump thru hoops to get approved through the credit department and that took having to call and speak to someone over the phone thru the Verizon credit department. That being said, EVERYONE I spoke to, LaTasha in the credit department and Vabs with sales, were all wonderful and a joy to speak with. My credit approved application finally went thru, however, if you order online for store pick up, you must provide the ACTUAL hard copy of the license. And anyone in Indiana knows, that it can take forever to get it mailed to you. So my issue is I am stuck waiting on my license to arrive by mail, otherwise cannot order online or have it shipped bc proof of address is VERY important. With all this being said, maybe TMI lol, however, I find it may be helpful to someone. I loved my Verizon service in the past and I am going back to it and everyone was wonderful! Thank you!”

“Meeka was great! I went in there to upgrade my phone for the first time, and the entire process went great! She helped me understand how doing an upgrade works when the primary account holder is not present. Within an hour or so, I was able to get a brand new phone and end up paying nothing for activation fees because of my trade-in. Meeka was very helpful and patient. For her first day on the floor, it was a great experience, and she is a great additional to this AT&T store's team! Will definitely come back here for all future upgrades/services.”

“We lost cable due to the terrible storms in our area. Today we were pleasantly surprised when Nathan from the terre haute / seelyville / Brazil area showed up. Nathan was a pleasure from minute one. He was helpful and kind and so sweet. He spend so much time assuring everything was fixed and working correctly. He was sociable and professional, and nothing but a pleasure. We actually had plans (minor) that we canceled to stay home (no fault of his) and we're actually happy we did because of his personality and expertise. Later his co worker Josie arrived and the same with him. Helpful, kind, Incredibly sociable . These are two men you need to retain. They go above and beyond. Cheers to them !! Give them a raise. And a paid day off !!”

“This is the best Verizon location around Terre Haute, way better than the other stores in town. We were shocked at how nice this store is and how there is never a wait. The one by Menards screwed us and customer service number sent us here, and they were so helpful. Cody and Ben helped get all of our issues fixed. We will never go to any other store from now on! These guys really know what they’re doing. They were very pleasant to work with and told us about all the good they get to do in the in the community like the backpack giveaway and the phone program that gives phones to domestic violence survivors and through the work they do with nonprofits! We donated $100 to the cause and we hope to partner with them in the future!”
