$112 a month for spotty service at best. I've called multiple times in the last 4 years. Only to be told to check my devices? I mean, I live by myself and have two kids, 7 and 12. $112 monthly only covers one device?? I was under the impression i was paying for "home" internet. We each have a device and a firestick TV. They are only here two weeks a month and have the same issue when they aren't here. Can't wait for a competitor to come in the area.

Been a customer for about 2 months now. Our internet went out last Friday. When calling the company to come out and fix it they said they cant get anyone out to our place until the 13th. Was forced to go back to Spectrum bc we need the internet for work. Spectrums internet might be slightly inferior compared to Frontier's but i will say this, whenever we had a prob with Spectrum they came out immediately and fixed the problem. Frontier is NOT worth the $160 a month! Dont waste ur time here!

Horribly slow internet and goes out constantly. If you have literally any other options, choose them instead.

Very poor customer service. Had 2 appointments to install Internet in a month and still nothing. Stayed home all day waiting for them. No one showed up or called. Calling the 1800 number very hard to get a human. Was on the line for over 30 mins. Warning don’t waste your time here.

Poor service, numerous outages every month, and way to much. Price gouging company. Do not use unless its the only option....better to to pay your cell company for unlimited usage and a Hotspot

We have had frontier service for over a month and the cable they left in the yard to have buried is still laying in the yard its been ran over by neighbors mowing the lawn and it's in the damn way!!!! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE

I wish I could give no stars! These people are absolute crooks. They will lie to you from the very beginning. When you send your equipment back, they charge you a $53 restocking fee. DO NOT USE THESE DOUCHE BAGS!

Unbelievably poor Internet service making zoom calls laughable if possible at all. Can't stream a movie without interruption, can't reliably connect with the Internet just to check email. Calling for help with these oafs is an exercise in frustration. (I had to enter this review from my phone cause it's connected reliably to the Internet.)

Absolutely horrible customer service do not go with these people they lie repeatedly. They kept shutting my internet service off despite the fact that I pay exactly what I'm supposed to pay month after month in the past two months are paid double because of them and their mistakes now they've swore to me that they're not going to shut my service off again and today look low and behold it's shut off they took $180 off the bill even though there was 300 and some odd dollars worth of fraudulent charges basically the fraud being on their part and they swore to God that they would not shut it off again and here it is shut off and it won't let me talk to anybody

Basically my entire social circle is virtual, these days, and the storm a few WEEKS back knocked out service.Stability is still impossible, speed is a feverdream, and bills aren't being pro-rated or waved for lapses!SATELLITE is a better option than this trash and has a comparable cost!
