Horrible service, frequent outages, and anytime you try to call, no matter what you’re reason for calling, the phone tree tells you to go to the website and hangs up on you! Absolutely wretched customer service!

You should get on to your employees for banging on peoples doors and trying to get in. I had a guy banging on my front door and ringing the door bell non stop and shaking the door. That is inexcusable.

We are a “No soliciting” neighborhood and we even have a sign in our yard stating this. They have came to our door numerous times. It is inappropriate and inconsiderate to return to a home after being told no.
