Geek Squad helps with computer problems. They clean viruses and add virus protectors. Customers can count on them. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. They handle multiple needs and leave absolutely no mess. Some work could be done over the phone, but appointments are best made in person. The online and phone automation can seem like it is trying to solve issues instead of making an appointment. They are strongly recommended for their service.

Everything thing that was done in store could have been done over the phone. I had even asked if it could be done over the phone so I wouldn't have to drive there.
