“I could never say enough good things about the manager, Cherish, at this store. There have been three occasions that my husband and I went to this store for assistance with phone problems. Cherish was so friendly and helpful, very professional and personable and really knows every aspect of her job. About a week ago I went to the store when my 11-year-old phone was freezing up and she was able to help me unlock it and set up the phone to back up to the cloud. Yesterday, my phone decided it was dying so I returned to the store for more help. Cherish diligently worked on transferring my data to a new phone, literally for hours, with patience and determination. She literally saved the day! And while being a superhero, she was sharing information with co-workers so they would also have the benefit of her knowledge. It's not often they get to see an ancient phone on life support. I truly believe that anyone who interacts with Cherish benefits. She is a tremendous asset to your company!”

“Just went in the Mall and the same guy that I have seen for 7 years came up and asked what we needed. Then he asked about how our day. My daughter had just lost her oldest brother and I lost a Son. The owner offered to give 20$ for my daughter and my little girl wanted something and he told her you can just have it. I told her go around and give him a hug .Most the time I buy my cell phone cases here, now it will always be here.He gave words of encouragement and told my daughter that one day she will get to see him again. That he was in a better place!When you are in the Mall buy something off him please.”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Terrance at AT&T. He helped both me and my mom last week, and the experience was honestly amazing. He was extremely professional, patient, and kind, and never once made us feel rushed. He took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.
What really stood out is that Terrance continued helping us even after he was technically off the clock. That level of dedication and care is rare these days. My mom was very happy when we left the store, and that meant a lot to me.

We went in wanting to upgrade our phones without making changes to our plan than would increase the cost of our services. Michael walked through our account with us, verified we were receiving the best discount available to us, confirming our current plan was providing the highest quality service for the price we were already playing and reviewed our iPhone upgrade options and additional cost of each option. Michael communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process. We completed our transactions feeling as though we had our needs met without overpaying. “It was awesome one employee excellent and multitasking helping others very knowledge excellent place for T-Mobile walked in and I walked out with a T-Mobile box and I wait till the billing service excellent I mean excellent service at this location after the employee thank you for the excellent customer service it works awesome thank you Jackie you was awesome it really works well the customer service line for T-Mobile day was awesome and they helped me out until it was taken care of problem resolved and it was an excellent experience and I enjoy the speeds that are phenomenal from the T-Mobile 5G box highly recommend on the $50 box I get 400 down and about 300 up on megabytes I love it especially handling emergency communications through VoIP voice over Internet Protocol”
“I had some logistical problems with getting my new phone to launch, and my customer service representatives at the store today went above and beyond to help. Aaliyah and the other woman who assisted me both deserve a raise! Thank you again for helping me to get the new phone configured in the timeliest manner possible. Customer service here seems to have markedly improved. Though I bought the new phone at Best Buy, they were more than happy to help me in getting my information and data transferred over from the previous one, and in getting a new phone number. Great job!”

“Monique and the fella that was there also working today are amazing!! She overheard from the back our situation and what we used to do in the past. She mentioned things changed, and things that happened were not allowed.
Anyway, my son bought a new phone, needed a new Sim card. Since my son nor myself was an authorized user on the account, she was able to add us both using FaceTime with my husband. Long story short, they went above & beyond for us. We greatly appreciate your time with us!!

“I was helped instantly by Zach and watched 3 other customers be helped the same way. I returned a router that I haven't used in 5 years so my only complaint is the company charged me 10 dollars for Wi-Fi the last 5 years I never used since I have my own equipment.
Zach offered excellent mobile pricing just trying to figure out if Verizon will deprioritize Spectrum customers. I get over 500 megs sometimes on my wired devices and it's rare if it's out of service. Normal range 370-500 which is great. I think some people have old equipment or don't know how networks and internet operates. Probably using CAT 4 cord.”

“We changed from ATT with tons of difficulty (and ripping us off) and Cody was patient and kind. ATT made it super difficult for us but Cody made it easier. He knows what he's doing and I wouldn't trust such a huge change with anyone but him! He is the best I've seen in this business! Great store, great knowledge. Just got our new phones today and it took mine hours but he took it in stride. He deserves a raise and a promotion for the work ethic he puts forth. He has our business from now on for sure!
