Store employee was very rude. She didn’t even pull up my account to see what router I had before telling me the technician was wrong for sending me in there.

I went in and was greeted pleasantly by the young lady who was there. I told her what I wanted and it wasn’t in stock but ordering it to be delivered was very easy and offered to help me set it up when it’s delivered if I have any problems.
