“Absolutely incredible Service. Spoke to the store manager Jack, and another spot on walking talking 80's album cover cat by the name of Matt. Both gentleman allowed me to express the issue I'd been having with my XRoss 5/pods leaking over the phone. Afterwards, they suggested I come in so they could inspect the device. Upon doing so, and bringing said device, pod, additional unopened pod, and e-liquid I went on to explain that in attempting to preserve the integrity of my device I purchased a protective silicone sleeve, and in addition to even went as far as to leave the original plastic onthe device. As I could not locate, on any platform, a screen protector. This is when Matt quickly pointed out that that was the problem. The plastic film was choking the carburetor from receiving any air flow. 100% user error. In doing so Matt was incredibly cordial and spared any further embarrassment on my part. Between their awesome vibes, patience, kind words, and overall professional approach I'd highly recommend stopping in with any questions, comments, or concerns. Karma in Franklin's friendly knowledgeable staff will definitely be able to help.”
“I have been coming here for the last 6 months or so and it is by far the best smoke shop in Franklin. The employees are very nice and even remember what you buy from them if you go in regularly. The selection is phenomenal especially in their cigar department. But as an over all they have a variety in every section of the store. I would definitely check it out even if your not a smoker, they have all kinds of neat little things in there.”
