Upon doing so, and bringing said device, pod, additional unopened pod, and e-liquid I went on to explain that in attempting to preserve the integrity of my device I purchased a protective silicone sleeve, and in addition to even went as far as to leave the original plastic onthe device. As I could not locate, on any platform, a screen protector. This is when Matt quickly pointed out that that was the problem. The plastic film was choking the carburetor from receiving any air flow. 100% user error. In doing so Matt was incredibly cordial and spared any further embarrassment on my part.
