Been with FTCU for over 17 years they have always been kind and helped me with any situation I’ve found myself in over the years. Great people and a special thanks to Crystal, Sherry and Sarah who have had to deal with me more times than I can count.

I have been a member for over 20 years, everyone has always been pleasant and helpful. Yesterday I had a financial hairball I could not seem to get untangled. Crystal came to my rescue with knowledge, patience and aplomb. I will be forever grateful, Thank You!

I have been a member of First Trust Credit Union for over 20 years and have never experienced poor service. They have been very helpful with issues like loans and other business transactions and I fully appreciate their aid. The employees of First Trust are quite friendly and very helpful in taking care of my banking transactions.
