Many associates are described as spectacular, an asset to the store, and willing to go past their scheduled time to ensure customers are happy and orders are correct. However, there can be occasional issues. A customer service representative could not find a desired item because the system was not updated and showed wrong information. Furthermore, while the store offers installation services for items like storm doors, their installers do not serve some nearby areas, which can be very disappointing for customers. Despite this, many customers report an all-around great experience and highly recommend the store for decking and other building projects.

Here daily staffs helpful when they are available. Im a contractor all the time see dIY customers asking employees about installs or repairs and more often then not i hear terrible advice some maybe familiar with some things but chances are if they were skilled tradesman they would be doing skilled tradesman things... read full comment
