Menards is a hardware store with a huge selection of almost anything needed for home and side jobs, often for relatively cheap prices. Customers love it as their go-to store. The grocery department has amazing deals, beating other retailers, with an expanding selection and simply great pizza. However, service is inconsistent. While some employees are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, many are perceived as high school kids or young adults who may not know products or act bothered. The older cashiers are frequently described as very unfriendly, leading some to avoid their lanes. Despite this, many remain loyal, spending significant amounts there.
I want to thank Julie K and Ryan R for making my refrigerator purchase easy less stressful. Thank you both for your combined efforts!!

The store itself is good as well as the employees recently they are redoing the parking lot and allowed cars to park in one area then closed off the exit....I had to wait and hope for the person I front of me to come out so I could pull through bc backing out was not an option.
