Jiffy Lube in Valparaiso, IN, is known for its oil changes and preventive automotive maintenance services. Customers appreciate the professionalism and politeness of the staff, with many noting that the service is quick and straightforward. Some have highlighted their positive experiences, mentioning that the technicians do not pressure them into unnecessary services. However, there are concerns about the management and staffing, with reports of the shop being run poorly and sometimes only having one employee available. Pricing has also been a point of contention, with some finding the cost of an oil change to be high. Despite these issues, several customers express their intention to return, citing excellent service and a willingness to help, even in urgent situations, such as assisting with a transmission fluid issue. Overall, Jiffy Lube aims to provide reliable car maintenance without the need for appointments.
