Everyone who meets her loves her, her trainer says she is well bred due to how smart and healthy she is. She’s an amazing dog and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. The staff there made the adoption process so fast and easy and they love whenever Sedona comes to visit. It’s nice that the staff are just as caring and involved even after the adoption has been done. Thank you guys for such an amazing companion ❤

Dr. Anna performed an emergency surgery on my 5lb dog who degloved her jaw. I read into the surgery and found it is highly technical and challenging. It requires precision and not all vets do it. It’s not a common surgery. It was a scary time for me as the owner/parent as well. Now 2 years later you can’t even tell. So I would highly recommend them. Also, their compassion for my dog(s), and me, is unmatched.

Dr. treats my dog like she’s been her vet her whole life. Her exams are thorough and she makes sure you understand what is going on with your pets health. I had a rough day with car issues. Car was disabled in their parking lot. It was HOT outside. They allowed me to come and go through their entrance and get a break from the heat as needed and were kind and helpful the entire time. After tow truck arrived, I accidentally left my briefcase and had to come back to grab it. They were on top of that as well and grabbed it from the bench outside and brought it inside for safe keeping.

1259 Sturdy Rd, ValparaisoThis guy!! Let me tell you! Christopher Keeley saved my dogs life. After 14 hours at the Animal hospital this guy had me leaving with my dog! Doctor Keeley came in after his own work hours at his normal everyday Veterinary clinic to help our baby Ace that’s only a year and a half old. Spent 2 1/2 hours trying to retrieve a bone about 3inches long 2inches wide and 1/2 inch thick from my dog’s esophagus. I cannot believe how lucky we are because of the help of Doctor Keeley. My boyfriend and I seriously thank you from the bottom of our hearts. No amount of money can repay this guy for saving our little furbaby’s life.

(Please never feed your dog any bone that can get to be this size! It’s extremely dangerous and I’d hate for anyone to have to go through what we went through today)

It makes traveling much less stressful, knowing our lil Cosette is at one of her favorite places

119 E Lincolnway, ValparaisoWe just returned home from another fantastic dining experience at Retaurante Don Quijote. Food at this restaurant is consistently top-notch. We started out with fried calamari which came with a delicious red dipping sauce that had a bit of a kick but was not too spicy. We both ordered the blackened redfish for our entrees, and it was cooked to perfection. The accompanying vegetable and saffron rice were delicious. The fish, as always, was heavenly. Our server, Maxine, was great - attentive without being obtrusive. We had Tarta de Cuajada for dessert, a delicious custardy dessert passed down by co-owner Elena's mother. It's my favorite DQ dessert.
DQ has more seafood options than any other Valparaiso restaurant, and the seafood is always cooked perfectly. There are also plenty of options for beef, pork and chicken entrees. The wine list includes something for everyone, and their homemade sangria is a real treat.
Owners Carlos and Elena frequently greet guests and make them feel at home. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant!

Wonderful espresso drinks, with unique flavor profiles. We're gotten the Novus Ordo many times and always amazed. Cortado and other drinks have also been great.
The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is weird-chic, fun. Great for chilling with your lover, but might be too distracting for working/studying (and too few electrical outlets).

This is a woman owned business and is dog friendly as well - both are wins in my book. I would love to come back in the summer for one of their slushies. I got a wine flight and everything was fantastic. They also have great ciders! The food was pretty good, we shared the buffalo cauliflower and the Tso good tendies (way spicier than we thought).
