“i never have had a bad experience with CVS other than them being out of a medication that i needed......but there was a "shortage" and it wasnt their fault and they quickly helped resolve the situation.......their ability totext and let you know when you have a script ready for refill and to pick uphas really improvedmy only complaint is the app its..... trash ! its supposed to be fast and convenient but unfortunately its nottoo many times ive just had to call myprescription in and thats even more of an headache ........otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars”

“What a wonderful experience I had at Gils drugs......I needed a walking cane and they had them in stock my insurance covered one and I had a prescription but no other pharmacies or durable medical suppliers could help..... plus I had a prescription filled within a few minutes !!! I can't express enough how helpful they were and very friendly !!! they've been in business since 1955 that really says a lot about a family owned drug store...support small town businesses”

“My teenage son got his first debit card and went to try his first transaction at Walgreens. Our cashiers name was Miracle and we witnessed her personally interact so lovingly and joyfully with every customer in front of us. What an amazing energy she had; she made a very routine transaction very memorable and fun for us. I usually don’t leave reviews, but it was so refreshing to encounter a genuinely joyful person, enjoying customer interactions, and using her counter to spread joy.
We all left that line with a smile on face due to this staff member.”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with the midnight pharmacist Wally at the Walgreens on Calumet Ave! Anyone who knows me knows that the weirdest thing that can happen, usually happens to me! Lol My insurance was not finding my name. Wally called BCBS and for some reason my insurance kept converting to a different number on BCBS’s end and they couldn’t figure out why. This annoying process would have caused MOST pharmacist at other places to be rude if they even took the time to call my insurance to help me! Wally was so nice and respectful to me throughout the ENTIRE process! He went above and beyond what most would do and I absolutely hope he gets acknowledged for the way he treats his customers! It is rare these days to find an employee like him!! I appreciated all of your help Wally as well as the way you treated me!”
