“There were technical difficulties with my Kohls card and Graham, the manager, went above and beyond to help me resolve it. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and reassured me that the problem would be resolved which gave me peace of mind. His calming attitude helped calm me down because the problem I was facing was extremely troubling. I also want to thank Sparrow and Susan for being personable and efficient, very nice, hard-working people. They greatly improved my shopping experience and I look forward to shopping at the Vincennes Kohls again in the near future! Again, thank you so much for resolving my problem and getting me taken care of Graham, Sparrow, and Susan!!! Also, the store is always clean and organized and I have no problems finding what I need, thank you!”
“Big Lots has a little bit of everything. They carry basic groceries, clothing, electronics, furniture, and more all at great prices. I like to stop in and look at the DVDS and Blu-ray that they stock. The community that I live in does not have a Redbox, so picking up the occasional DVD is the most convenient option for me. Sometimes you can find some really good titles for next to nothing. If you're a frequent Big Lots shopper, they do offer a rewards program. My only grip is that if you want a bag for your purchases you have to buy them.”

“Well didn’t find any clothes but found some chocolate covered cashews that were decent. Their snack collection could be a little better but it did in a pinch, good ending was I was able to quench my thirst from finishing the whole bag by grabbing a nice refreshing sprite right before reaching the checkout. Whole experience was decent in my opinion.”
“They were real low on alot of things. Had gotten a truck...but didn't have it put away. I don't know what time the truck came. And in their defence they were steadily busy? The best part of my visit was actually the employees. Very helpful& Very pleasant!”
