Lowe’s for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Vincennes, IN Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, plants, flowers, garden tools, appliances, paint colors, or try out new patio furniture. The store is clean, and employees are friendly and helpful. Customer service is praised, especially staff members who provide hands-on help with projects. However, parking can be difficult, and it would be better if more registers were open instead of just one in the back. The military discount cannot be used for home improvement products, which some customers find disappointing.
I had to exchange a new lawn mower which wasn't working. the people that helped me Lisa, Kari, and Chris made the exchange very easy. they went out of their to make it easy for me. Love this place. everyone is always very helpful when I'm in there. Prices are always competitive with other hardware stores and they have lots of items that keep my wife shopping to her hearts content while we are there shopping
