“This place is just the best. The staff are always over the top friendly and helpful. I have shopped there a lot the past year and just had my first bad experience product-wise (just didn't fix my problem). They allowed me to return it without hassle even though I know that simply opening the package decreased the value significantly. Here I thought I was out $130.. I should have known better! 2 more years of Inside Track Club for me (it pays for itself, trust me). Go figure that a frustrating experience would turn me into an even more loyal customer.
