About a month ago, my wife posted a review regarding the struggles we've had getting our range hooked up. We still don't have our stove hooked up. The wrong installation company was sent yo our home the first time. When the correct installer did come, the stove was faulty. The installer said he would turn in a report requesting a new stove. The new stove was supposed to come on a Monday. Tuesday, I had to call the store because no one called us. The stove didn't come on the truck. They said it would come Wednesday. Again Thursday, no one had called us, so I called again. The stove still didn't come on the truck. Scott, the only person who took notes of what was going on, contacted the Special Order Manager and he stated the same stove had not been picked up by a customer and they would set that stove up for delivery. Five days later, still no one had contacted us so I called Lowes Install. When she called the store, the stove hadn't been tagged for us and delivery/installation had not been set up. Crume finally contacted us for delivery and it's going to be another week before they deliver the stove and hook it up. I feel we should get a refund on our $400 installation fee. I would also like someone from corporate to contact us, not a generic reply to this review.

Great service from the Lawn and Garden guy. Don't remember his name but he helped us load all our bricks and sand. 2 ?? Thank you..!!

One register open on a Sunday, most peoples only day off. I went through self checkout with deck boards, gimme a break park on opposite side of building and check out in middle of store. Alot of associates working but not enough cashier's.

We drove over an hour away to pick up our washer and dryer that came in (that we have been waiting for over a month) and was fully paid for. We get to the pickup area and they state that they have the dryer, but they sold our washer to another customer. We just spoke to someone just last week and they had both items then so it was between then and now they decided to sell to another customer. They got our washer on order now but we have to wait for it when we shouldn’t have had to wait at all. NO COMPENSATION either! Completely aggravating and will not be shopping here again for any appliances.

Worst experience. Initial contract wasn't filled out correctly, after driving an hour one way to sign it. The original bill was $50 more than it should have been. Received an email stating a delivery was scheduled for the following day. We rearranged our schedules to accommodate this delivery. Then received a notice that product was ready for pick up. Called the store to clarify. Neither notification was accurate and the day was wasted for no reason.

I get all of my plants,flowers, and garden tools from Lowes. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.
