The tech agent was knowledgeable and helpful. The issue I had was resolved MOSTLY, but still have the issue of losing the internet service once in a great while. Issue is 95% resolved and may be with my computer and not with Metronet. Time will tell. Very satisfied with the help and metronet.

Excellent service and very professional installation and tech. The installer was prompt and on time and explained everything from start to finish. He was very respectable of my home and finding things just the way he found them when he was complete with the job. A very kind and personable young man.
