“Don't waste any time wondering if this is the right place, if they have your part, JUMP at the chance to do business here. It's a family operation, that ships anywhere in the country, and the first business of any type I've encountered in decades that applied a shipping-cost-refund, after my item turned out to cost less to ship, than anticipated. Indeed after I asked them to charge for an entire assembly I only needed a few pieces from, they instead charged for only the pieces I needed.I don't know when we 'went off the rails' to not expect everything I wrote above to be normal, but we sure did.
