“We recently needed immediate attention to our coach and made a call to Paul and he got us in the next week… On the way there we had the dreaded DEF failure and got stuck in LA… That’s lower Alabama to you non southern folks, and we got there a few days later, not mentioning that they worked us in, but now we are there in the middle of their heavy schedule which we just made worse. Here’s where Alan came in and rescued us, and worked with us to get all of our issues addressed. Alan, thank you for your patience, and helping us with our repair list, and sorry we kept adding to it daily… A very big shout out to Brian and Bob… true craftsmen
