My experience is that of the two Warsaw locations, this one on 15 has more knowledgeable staff and much better customer service.”
“I was hesitant to go into the store to try to change things around with our account. My experience with cellular providers has been that they try to sell us things we don't ask for and don't need. Not so with this store! We spoke to Daytona and, after listening to what we wanted, he gave us the exact information we needed. And when we went in the next day, Bishop also listened to what we wanted to do and was very knowledgable on how to help us do just that. What I thought was going to take hours, ended up taking 45 minutes! Bishop was ahead of the game in knowing exactly how to do what needed to be done. However, we didn't feel rushed at all. He was just efficient and got the job done.”
