“My oldest son loves coming here. The staff is always knowledgeable and able to help when we have any issues. we buy all of our gaming controllers here because the store offers insurance. And it’s a no questions asked insurance, so if anything breaks you get to exchange the controller for a working one. So far the kids have destroyed about four controllers. if you have some broken controllers, GameStop even buys them from you and gives you in-store credit to replace them. What a fantastic service.”

Fernando did an excellent job on assisting us on every aspect of that. The process was great, Fernando than help us on the accessories we needed. The whole process was smooth and great. “I was hesitant to go into the store to try to change things around with our account. My experience with cellular providers has been that they try to sell us things we don't ask for and don't need. Not so with this store! We spoke to Daytona and, after listening to what we wanted, he gave us the exact information we needed. And when we went in the next day, Bishop also listened to what we wanted to do and was very knowledgable on how to help us do just that. What I thought was going to take hours, ended up taking 45 minutes! Bishop was ahead of the game in knowing exactly how to do what needed to be done. However, we didn't feel rushed at all. He was just efficient and got the job done.”
