They were very helpful. My family adopted another cat from there. Store is always clean. They are very accepting of my autistic twin boys.

This Petsmart is on the smaller side, but the staff are very nice and helpful, and the shelves are stocked. Very nice variety of pet supplies. I definitely will be doing a lot more shopping from this particular Petsmart.

Horrible place to work. Management is rude. If u don't work everyday witch they won't schedule you that or just aren't part of there little circle then u won't know schedule changes like time changes to store hours and if your late for it you'll receive attitude and asked why u don't work more

They do a really good job with Cosmo. He can be a wiggler but they take their time with him. I love getting his puppy report.

We got a promotional call from Pet smart for a grooming discount for our GS since she was pure bread. Made the appointment and when we picked her up she was still wet and no comb through. They said "oh she didn't like the dryer". She has been to the pet smart groomers in fort wayne since she was a puppy. She'll stand there to be dried. She moves around, but will stand it. After listening to how the techs were with the other dogs in there, I wish we wouldn't have taken her. Seemed like every dog had a problem to them.
Once we left and were driving my husband realized we were charged full price....no discount at all. So here we are with a wet dog that still needs to be combed and a higher bill. SMH
Please don't call us again for your worthless "service".

So today was our third visit for our dog to get groomed. The first visit was good, second was okay but this one is hideous. He has short buzz cuts and then random long hair hanging all over. Nothing is even. Looks like a toddler gave him a haircut. He doesn't even smell like he was bathed. He also acted confused and has slept since we picked him up like he was given something. When he was dropped off we were told 3-4 hours before he would be ready, he was done in less than two. We will not be returning to a inexperienced and unprofessional chop shop again not to mention last time our bill was $65 today it was $103...so if you want your pet to look like a goofball go to Pet Smart ask for Tori or Victoria...Ridiculous!!!

Dogs got a bath and haircut. I dont think they expressed them like I asked. They did a great cut and bath but both dogs came home with a cough. They cleared up quickly though.
