Rang the customer service bell a total of 3 times during my 12 minute wait. No one showed up. 3 other customers also just walked out. Will never return

Slow Slow Slow....called in a script and 2 hours later they tell me it will be another hour....ridiculous I get an hour or two at the most but 3 or 4 hours is crazy
