“I rented a unit for my personal classroom supplies for the summer. Unata was very helpful and made the process quick and easy, but when I arrived I realized the unit would not be big enough for what I needed. I contacted them on a Sunday that was also a holiday and let them know that I didn’t believe the unit was gonna be big enough and asked if I could upgrade it and they were happy to upgrade it. It took less than five minutes, and I was able to get everything I needed in the storage unit and I will have have room to move around and sort out things over the summer that I don’t need anymore. Great experience!”

“Very easy to get storage unit set up online. I used an outside storage space to park my 33’ long travel trailer, plenty of room to maneuver and park. I had no issues. My brother has been renting a storage unit here for years. Units are very clean. I will use this facility again in future.”
