Extra Space Storage has very nice and thoughtful staff. They are professional, personable, and informative. The storage units are clean and come with a lock. Customers can set up everything online for their space. Some units are not climate controlled, but overall, it is a great experience. The staff, including Zach, are very kind and caring, making customers feel valued. They provide helpful service, making Extra Space Storage a highly recommended company.
