We have been using Att since last 20 years , recently in Jan 2024 the store employee had done fraud and took our trade-in phone and never sent to the warehouse, we have raised this to both corporate and the store ,no one is taking the responsibility to reimburse but Instead we are being charged every month ?
Please think twice before you use ATT

I knew I needed to replace my very old iPhone 8 but wasn’t sure which phone I should be getting or what upgrades were available. A very nice, knowledgeable associate named Aaron was extremely helpful in giving me advice about used phones, older models, and other upgrade options. When I returned with a used iPhone 11, Aaron was there to assist with the transfer of data from my old phone to the 11! He even helped me set it up to Bluetooth in my car! I was also assisted by an associate named George who oversaw the data transfer while Aaron helped another customer. I cannot say enough good things about the respectful, informative, and kind reception from the staff at this ATT store!

They refused to open a new account with a low price plan and send me to the Lafayette location to open a new account.

Got 2 new phones. The Store manager told me on the phone that their store had the 2 phones my wife and I wanted.
Had to get phones by mail. 1 week later, still no phone.
Lied to me!
Come on AT&T
You can do better!!!!

George went above and beyond to help us add a new line and transfer a number from Consumer Cellular. What could have been a frustrating ordeal was nothing but pleasant and professional. I can't begin to thank him enough for spending the time with us, even causing him to have to stay well past closing. Thanks George!
