“This is a nice regional bank. They have very friendly staff to help, and drive through and walk up services at this location. It's advised to make an appointment for special services, as the staff is small.”

“We visited this branch since it’s conveniently on our way from the grocery store. Initially, we stopped by just to inquire about the possibility of refinancing our mortgage out of curiosity, as rates were still high. Mrs. Jeannie Vester was incredibly helpful, reaching out to us even on weekends and after hours, offering advice, and guiding us through the decision-making process.
Thanks to her efforts, we were able to lock in a rate on the specific day when rates hit their lowest in 2024 (a bit of luck!) and refinance our 30-year loan into a 15-year fixed mortgage while keeping the same monthly payment. Essentially, we saved 15 years' worth of interest!

“Hi,The staff behave me well. They have discipline. They assigned me a personal banker and she regularly follow up my situation. The only negative thing was when I request for credit card, they asked me proof of address and they did not accept anything but my electricity bill. Because I just moved to WL I had to wait 1 month to receive my first bill and then continue my application. My 5 stars merely shows my opinion about the branch and staff and I do not have enough experience with 5/3 yet.”
