“Chace Pedigo was very helpful in securing my approval for an auto loan after I had been left carless by an uninsured driver. He understood the urgency and was friendly, patient, and willing to work quickly with underwriters to get through each of the requirements to obtain loan approval the day I came to the bank. The other agents I encountered at the front desk were also very friendly, resourceful, and interested in helping me with my needs. I also appreciate how clean and orderly this location (as well as the other PFCU locations I've attended) is. “I have tried out several different banks and Purdue Federal is by far my favorite. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. I’ve never been on hold for more then 5 minutes and my experience with each of their employees has been nothing but great. My only complaint is their website could have a little bit of improvement. Overall, they do an excellent job.”
