The customer service at this branch is by far the best I've ever received. The bankers always accommodate me on a walk-in appointment while most other branches will insist I make an appointment. They have helped me with immediate time sensitive issues and have coordinated with other branches to keep my business moving.
Chase should use this branch as an example of what great customer service looks like.”

“We visited this branch since it’s conveniently on our way from the grocery store. Initially, we stopped by just to inquire about the possibility of refinancing our mortgage out of curiosity, as rates were still high. Mrs. Jeannie Vester was incredibly helpful, reaching out to us even on weekends and after hours, offering advice, and guiding us through the decision-making process.
Thanks to her efforts, we were able to lock in a rate on the specific day when rates hit their lowest in 2024 (a bit of luck!) and refinance our 30-year loan into a 15-year fixed mortgage while keeping the same monthly payment. Essentially, we saved 15 years' worth of interest!

“Hi,The staff behave me well. They have discipline. They assigned me a personal banker and she regularly follow up my situation. The only negative thing was when I request for credit card, they asked me proof of address and they did not accept anything but my electricity bill. Because I just moved to WL I had to wait 1 month to receive my first bill and then continue my application. My 5 stars merely shows my opinion about the branch and staff and I do not have enough experience with 5/3 yet.”

“I strongly agree with the other positive reviews. I am going through an extremely tough personal experience that has required a lot of financial shifts. Centier Bank is truly defined by it's people. I have dealt with a number of financial institutions throughout this difficult time and I can tell some horror stories, but Centier exemplifies customer service. When they heard of our situation, they immediately sent a card personally signed by a number of staff, which was so touching.
