I’ve never been on hold for more then 5 minutes and my experience with each of their employees has been nothing but great. My only complaint is their website could have a little bit of improvement. “I had the most amazing customer service experience at Chase Bank today. My mom, who is visiting me from out of town found out that her wire transfer to S. Korea did not go through, so we went to Chase Bank to try to sort it out. Caleb Kitchen, one of the reps, sat with us patiently and cheerfully for 15 minutes, helped us log into her account, noticed that my mom was being charged $35 per month for bank fees that should have been waived, proceeded to call various people to have that refunded to her, AND helped us with the issue that we came in with in the first place (the wire transfer)! My 74 year old mother with limited English was so happy and she made food for him tonight that she's determined to drop off with him tomorrow to thank him. I rarely post any reviews, but I was really impressed by Caleb. I will definitely keep banking with Chase.”

“Chace Pedigo was very helpful in securing my approval for an auto loan after I had been left carless by an uninsured driver. He understood the urgency and was friendly, patient, and willing to work quickly with underwriters to get through each of the requirements to obtain loan approval the day I came to the bank. The other agents I encountered at the front desk were also very friendly, resourceful, and interested in helping me with my needs. I also appreciate how clean and orderly this location (as well as the other PFCU locations I've attended) is. I really appreciate Purdue Federal Credit Union and think that it is a great choice if you are a Tippecanoe County local!”

“I banked with LSB for over 25 years before ONB purchased them. I would have left LSB due to their customer service but it was such a hassle to switch banks and update automatic payments. So, I just dredged along. I assumed that my ONB experience would be the same as I saw them as a big bank.”

“This review is more of a general review of Regions and not this branch, my home branch was closed a few years ago and my account was transferred to this branch. Over the past 15 years, I have literally tried about 15 banks since I moved out of Region's territory and I have not found a single bank that comes close to Regions customer services, products or features. I have always kept my Regions account open and now with things such as mobile deposits, I can bank with Regions while not living close to a branch. Just like all banks Regions does have mobile deposits, text bank, telephone bank, ATM's that take cash without envelopes, quick processing options for check deposits, etc. But this is where the similarities end. Regions stands apart and surpasses every other bank. Their customer service reps are not only extremely courteous but also extremely knowledgeable. And they do not have call centers overseas like many large banks do. Regions Bank offers several money transfer options. Some banks like Chase or 5/3 only have Zelle. You cannot send money to someone who is not using Zelle. Regions not only offers Zelle, they also offer ACH payments on personal accounts where you can pay someone straight to their account by entering in their routing number and account number. Regions also has Western Union on their online banking. I could go on but I don't want to make this review too boring. I love Regions Bank. It is the best bank by far. I just wish they would have an ATM agreement with some other banks or a nationwide ATM network so you can withdraw money free when you are not in Regions territory. But it's still the best bank there is.”

“Hi,The staff behave me well. They have discipline. They assigned me a personal banker and she regularly follow up my situation. The only negative thing was when I request for credit card, they asked me proof of address and they did not accept anything but my electricity bill. Because I just moved to WL I had to wait 1 month to receive my first bill and then continue my application. My 5 stars merely shows my opinion about the branch and staff and I do not have enough experience with 5/3 yet.”

“This has been the only bank I will bank with. I think their recent reviews do not reflect the integrity of how well these employees work and put up with people on day to day basis. I am always greeted with good intentions from the staff and they’ve always helped me to their fullest extent. I think many companies are having trouble keeping staff and that can bug many people when they might not get immediate answers when having new hire ons. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!”
