“I knew I needed to replace my very old iPhone 8 but wasn’t sure which phone I should be getting or what upgrades were available. A very nice, knowledgeable associate named Aaron was extremely helpful in giving me advice about used phones, older models, and other upgrade options. When I returned with a used iPhone 11, Aaron was there to assist with the transfer of data from my old phone to the 11! He even helped me set it up to Bluetooth in my car! I was also assisted by an associate named George who oversaw the data transfer while Aaron helped another customer. I cannot say enough good things about the respectful, informative, and kind reception from the staff at this ATT store!”
